At this time insurances are not accepted. However, you can advocate through your insurance company to be reimbursed for the money you pay out for art therapy and counseling. You are also encouraged to advocate for yourself through your state representatives and senators to secure coverage.
Reduced fees for services are available by application and will be adjusted based on income or special needs.
We do everything we can to accommodate a variety of client scheduling needs. To maximize the use of client time and staff time we insist on a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If staff fails to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you will not be charged for your next scheduled visit.
